Free Case Evaluation
We are willing and eager to evaluate your potential case and discuss it with you. While there is no charge for our initial evaluation and discussion, we do need certain information from you to perform our evaluation. Once we receive the information requested, we will contact you to discuss our evaluation. Again, there is no cost to you whatsoever for this case evaluation.
If you are interested in receiving help on your potential claim, please provide us with information via our Free Case-Evaluation Forms, which are located under each of the five “Areas of Practice” tabs on the left margin of this page. As you will see, we offer two forms, a short form and a detailed form. The detailed form will allow an medical malpractice attorney Tampa to review your case before speaking with you, speeding the process along. Both forms will start the process of evaluating your case. We encourage you to fill out the detailed form, if at all possible, since it directs your responses to areas that are important to our evaluation process. If you have a time constraint, however, and prefer using the short form, then please feel free to do so.
We are eager to provide you with a free evaluation of your potential personal injury/wrongful death, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, maritime, or whistleblower claim, once we have received the free case-evaluation forms under the tabs on the left margin of this page. We are also available at 813-225-4000 or 800-360-6439 if you would prefer to discuss your legal concerns with us directly.
We look forward to hearing from you.
You Mean I Can Talk to My Lawyer for Free?
At Wagner, Vaughan & McLaughlin, the simple answer is yes. We are willing to evaluate your potential case and discuss it with you personally. There is no charge for our initial meeting with you.
